Speeches
Dear representatives of mass media, dear fellow countrymen,
At one year of this government’s existence, maybe it is good that we do just what any good manager does. Let us draw lines and sum up.
Mr. President,
Mr. Secretary- General,
Your Excellencies, Distinguished delegates,
I feel myself very honoured to participate for the first time, as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, in the work of High-Level Segment of the UN General Assembly.
Dear Mr. President of Moldova,
Dear Mr. ex-president of Moldova,
Dear Mr. Parliament Speaker,
Dear Mr. President of the Constitutional Court,
Dear judges of the Constitutional Court,
Distinguished audience,
Dear Mr. Parliament Speaker, ladies and gentlemen MPs, dear guests,
This day starts with a victory for Moldova and the government I represent. I want to inform with happiness that Moldova has an agreement with the International Monetary Fund; this would mean that we reached a common agreement at the level of experts’ staff. I want to offer thanks to my colleagues, the head of the commission for economy, budget and finances, as well as to the parliament speaker.
It is a tradition for us to celebrate the Victory Day and commemorate heroes fallen for the motherland’s independence every year. Almost 70 thousand human lives had been sacrificed for Moldova’s independence.
