Meeting between the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration and the Director General of the Department for Relations with the Republic of Moldova

On October 21, 2025, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Roman Roșca, had a meeting with Constantin-Valentin Răducanu, Director General with the rank of Secretary of State of the Department for Relations with the Republic of Moldova within the Government of Romania.

The officials highlighted the excellent nature of relations between the Republic of Moldova and Romania, underlining the active dialogue at the political level and the constant support offered by the Romanian Government, including through assistance projects and the firm support of our country's European path.

During the discussion, the Deputy Prime Minister referred to developments in the Transnistrian settlement process and to Government actions aimed at supporting residents of the region and of the Security Zone.

The talks also targeted the educational process in the eight Romanian-language institutions. “Our support is expressed through facilitating access to educational programs, removing administrative barriers, and direct involvement in addressing problems related to the best interests of the child,” noted Deputy Prime Minister Roman Roșca.
