Meeting between Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to the Republic of Moldova, Petra Lärke

On 1 October 2026, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to the Republic of Moldova, Petra Lärke. 

The discussions focused on the dynamics of the Transnistrian settlement negotiation process and the priorities of national authorities in the field of the country’s reintegration. Special attention was paid to promoting peaceful solutions, protecting fundamental human rights, including the right to education, and measures aimed at improving the living conditions of residents on both banks of the Nistru River. 

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of supporting the country’s reintegration process through projects that facilitate citizens’ access to quality public services and strengthen interaction between residents on both banks of the Nistru.
