Meeting of the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Moldova

On September 28, 2026, the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Valeriu Chiveri, held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Esselien van Eerten.

The discussions focused on the dynamics of the negotiation process for the Transnistrian settlement, key aspects of the socio-economic situation in the eastern districts of the Republic of Moldova, as well as the main areas of assistance provided by the Government.

Along with this, it was emphasized that the protection and promotion of fundamental human rights and freedoms remain a constant priority in the process of the country's reintegration.

The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his gratitude for the steadfast assistance provided by the Kingdom of the Netherlands, including its support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova.
