Meeting of Deputy Prime Minister Valeriu Chiveri with the Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia

On November 19, 2025, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Moldova, Edgars Bondars.

During the meeting, the dynamics of the processes in the Transnistrian region, the most current problems, Chișinău's approaches to solving them, as well as the primary directions of intervention of the authorities of the Republic of Moldova in promoting sectoral policies for the country's reintegration were discussed.

Deputy Prime Minister Valeriu Chiveri expressed his gratitude to the Latvian side for its consistent support of the positions promoted by the authorities in Chișinău and for supporting the settlement process, based on respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova.
