The first working visit of Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Roman Roșca, to the Dubăsari district

On July 24, 2025, the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Roman Roșca, undertook his first working visit to the Dubăsari district. During the trip, the official visited the localities of Molovata Nouă and Cocieri, where he held meetings with local public authorities, representatives of public institutions and educational establishments, economic agents, and citizens.

The discussions focused on a range of issues affecting the daily lives of the region’s inhabitants, including access to social services, the challenges faced by local farmers, and the impact of the restrictions imposed by Tiraspol on the activities of economic agents.

The Deputy Prime Minister reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to addressing the reported problems and contributing to improving living conditions for residents in the Security Zone. At the same time, Roman Roșca emphasized that supporting these communities is essential for strengthening trust and reinforcing the presence of state institutions in the area.

“I came here to listen to the problems faced by communities within the Security Zone and to work together on concrete solutions. The Government of the Republic of Moldova is and will remain an active partner in regional development and, of course, in our joint effort for peaceful and lasting reintegration,” stated Deputy Prime Minister Roman Roșca.

During the working visit, the Deputy Prime Minister also held a constructive dialogue with the medical staff of the “Struguraș” Sanatorium, an institution specializing in balneotherapy services. The discussions focused on the need to modernize the facility’s infrastructure, create attractive conditions for tourists, and address the shortage of specialized medical personnel.

At the conclusion of the visit, the Deputy Prime Minister held a dialogue with the mayor of the village of Ustia, Maxim Verdeș, addressing issues of concern to the local residents.
