The data transport service ensures communication between different points of presence of the beneficiary's offices, through the telecommunications network owned and operated by STISC. For the purpose of protected communication, the beneficiary's access points are included in a Layer 2 virtual network (VLAN). The Beneficiary can later configure his own VPN connections, to ensure the confidentiality of communications.
Through STISC's fiber optic network, the Beneficiary can also access services available on the network and for which he is authorized (e.g. SAPI for commercial banks).
The network is built on the basis of optical communications that ensure broadband communication, has a high-reliability star architecture and an increased level of redundancy. The network is continuously developing and expanding its coverage area.
