The basic tasks of the vacant public office, according to the job description:

Elaboration of draft observations/comments regarding the fair satisfaction/amicable settlement agreements of the Government of the Republic of Moldova in the cases communicated by the ECtHR to the Republic of Moldova, of particular complexity;

Elaboration of draft action plans/action reports regarding the execution of judgments and decisions of the ECtHR issued in regarding the Republic of Moldova;

Analysis of ECtHR jurisprudence and elaboration of proposals for harmonizing national legislation with the requirements of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms;

Examination of the actions of public authorities, legal entities, petitions citizens, as well as the provisions of the ministry's leadership in its field of competence;

Elaboration of the draft of the annual report of the Government Agent regarding the measures taken in order to execute decisions and decisions of the ECtHR.

Conditions for participation in the competition

holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;

possess the Romanian language and the official languages ​​of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;

have full exercise capacity;

have not reached the age of 63;< /p>

is fit, from the point in terms of health status, for the exercise of the public function, according to the medical certificate issued by the qualified medical institution, if special health requirements are established for the respective function;

has the necessary studies provided for the respective public function;

in the last 5 years she has not been dismissed from a public position according to art. 64 para. (1) lit. a) and b) or did not have her individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;

does not have an outstanding criminal record for crimes committed with intent;

is not deprived of the right to occupy certain functions or to exercise a certain activity, as a basic or complementary punishment, as a result of the final court sentence by which this prohibition was ordered;

is not prohibited from holding a position public or of public dignity, deriving from a finding of the National Integrity Authority.
