Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian attended the graduation ceremony of FRIȘPA students at Moldova State University (USM)

July 1, 2025 The Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Oleg Serebrian, participated in the diploma awarding ceremony for the graduates of the Faculty of International Relations, Political Science, and Public Administration (FRIȘPA) of the State University of Moldova (USM).

The event brought together Bachelor's and Master's graduates from the faculty's three specializations: International Relations, Public Administration, and Political Science. In total, 216 young people received graduation diplomas, marking a significant milestone in their academic and professional journey.

In his speech, Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian congratulated the graduates for their hard work and perseverance throughout their years of study, emphasizing the importance of young specialists’ involvement in public life and in strengthening democratic processes in the Republic of Moldova.

„FRIȘPA graduates are young people prepared to face challenges; they possess the knowledge and energy needed to contribute to the modernization of the state and to promote the interests of the Republic of Moldova both domestically and internationally. I wish you all courage, responsibility, and inspiration in everything you will build from now on,” concluded Oleg Serebrian.

This year, the FRIȘPA Faculty of Moldova State University celebrates 30 years since its founding. Currently, nearly 1,000 undergraduate and master’s students are enrolled in the three Bachelor's specializations and seven Master's programs, guided by a teaching staff of around 60 professors.
