Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian in Dialogue with a Delegation from the Kingdom of Denmark

On May 21, 2025, the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Oleg Serebrian, held a meeting with a delegation from the Kingdom of Denmark, composed of representatives of the European Movement in Denmark and coordinated by the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova in the Kingdom of Denmark, Mr. Asser Mortensen.

The discussions focused on the current situation in the Transnistrian region, the priorities and dynamics of the reintegration policies concerning the both banks of the Nistru River, the positive actions undertaken by the Moldovan authorities in relation to its citizens in the eastern districts of the country, the regional security context, and the prospects offered by the European integration path to increase the attractiveness of the constitutionally controlled perimeter.

Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian reiterated Chișinău’s strong commitment to maintaining an atmosphere of peace, calm, and security, as well as promoting a peaceful and comprehensive resolution of the Transnistrian conflict, aimed at strengthening the statehood and institutional functionality of the Republic of Moldova.
