Providing academic opportunities for a better future for young people in the transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova, and their integration into the European values system is a key priority in the country's reintegration policies.
Thus, over approximately 5 years since the implementation of the Protocol Decision 'On the Application of Apostille on Educational Documents from the transnistrian region' on November 25, 2017, the apostille mechanism for neutral model diplomas issued by Taras Shevchenko University in Tiraspol has been ensured, in compliance with the requirements of the national regulatory framework.
During the period from 2018 to August 31, 2023, 562 neutral format diplomas were apostilled, with the following most requested destinations: Italy (117), USA (90), Bulgaria (57), Poland (49), Israel (48), France (33), Austria (26), the United Kingdom (20), and so on.
European Union member states are the primary destination for further studies, followed by the USA, Israel, the United Kingdom, and others.
