The Government will finance 30 projects in settlements in the Security Zone under the Programme of Activities for the Reintegration of the Country for 2026
30 projects and initiatives aimed at community and regional development will receive Government funding through the Programme of Activities for the Reintegration of the Country for 2026. The list of projects was approved today by the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Programme provides funding for investments aimed at modernising educational, healthcare, cultural and sports institutions, as well as measures designed to strengthen community resilience and improve energy efficiency.
Among the projects focused on improving educational infrastructure are: the renovation of the roof of the „Lucian Blaga” Theoretical Lyceum in Tiraspol; the procurement of two vehicles for pupil transportation; the renovation of the canteen at the „Ștefan cel Mare” Gymnasium in Molovata; the refurbishment of sanitary facilities at Kindergarten No. 5 in Rezina; and other projects. In addition, a number of projects target the renovation of social infrastructure facilities, including the rehabilitation of the heating system at the Centre for Accommodation of Elderly Persons and Persons with Disabilities in Cocieri; the procurement of equipment for the Health Centre in Rezina; the renovation of the Family Doctors’ Office in Doroțcaia; and other projects.
The Programme also includes financial support for the partial compensation of losses incurred by owners and holders of agricultural land in the Dubăsari District who have been affected by fees illegally imposed by Tiraspol structures when crossing unauthorised control posts.
Between 2011 and 2025, 15 government programmes for the reintegration of the country were implemented, under which funding was allocated for the implementation of 616 projects, with a total value exceeding 218 million lei.
