Meeting of the Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian with the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the Republic of Moldova, Steven Fisher

On September 13, the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian, had a working meeting with Steven Fisher, the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the Republic of Moldova.

During the discussions, the situation in the eastern districts of the Republic of Moldova and the immediate priorities in the field of the reintegration policies of the country were reviewed. A special place in the discussions was given to the topic of fundamental human rights and freedoms in the transnistrian region.

The Deputy Prime Minister reaffirmed the firm position of Chisinau on this subject, thanking the British authorities for their constant support of the cause of fundamental human rights and freedom of expression in the transnistrian region.
