Meeting of the Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian with Stefan Meister, German Council on Foreign Relations

On Monday, 17 June 2024, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian had a working meeting with Stefan Meister, Head of the Centre for Order and Governance in Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia at the German Council on Foreign Relations.

The Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration presented the current state of the dialogue between Chișinău and Tiraspol, the dynamics on the main issues of the negotiation process, as well as the Government’s priorities in the field of the country's reintegration policies.

The increasingly significant role of the European Union in the process of resolving the Transnistrian conflict was also noted in the context of the strategic goal of European integration of the Republic of Moldova, which will undoubtedly boost the reintegration process.
