A number of 251 children from Sănătăuca village benefit from a more qualitative educational process thanks to a project financed through the Programme of Activities for the Reintegration of the Country for 2024

Today, 13 January 2025, the representative of the Bureau for Reintegration Policies, Ivan Țurcan, jointly with MP Larisa Novac and the leadership of the Florești district attended the inauguration ceremony of the sports hall of the Public Institution „Alexei Mateevici” Theoretical Lyceum in the village of Sănătăuca, Florești district, recently renovated with the financial support of the Government, through the Programme of Activities for the Reintegration of the Country for 2024.
„Today, we mark a special moment for the lyceum, for Sănătăuca and nearby localities, including in the Transnistrian region. Such projects contribute to the reintegration of the country and attract young people from the Transnistrian region to the educational space of the Republic of Moldova. This is an achievement that is not only an important step in supporting physical education, but also an investment in the health and future of our young people.” - said the Bureau representative at the inauguration of the gym.
It is worth mentioning that in 2024, through the Reintegration Program, 15 million lei were allocated to finance 31 activities in the settlements of the Security Zone and 4.6 million lei as partial compensations for farmers in Dubăsari district.
One of the projects submitted, which passed all the selection stages carried out in 2024, is the „Alexei Mateevici” Theoretical Lyceum in the village of Sănătăuca, where 251 children study, including 26 from the Transnistrian region, and 23 teachers work.
In this respect, the educational institution benefited from budget allocations amounting to 750 000 lei under the project „Renovation of the sports hall of the Public Institution „Alexei Mateevici” Theoretical Lyceum”.
Additionally, we remind that between January 10 and February 26, 2025 the project proposals proposed for funding through the Programme of Activities for the Reintegration of the Country for 2025 will be collected.
