The participation of the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration in the National Simulation Exercise " Combating Human Trafficking: Strengthening Cooperation Between Institutions through the Simulation Exercise "

Today, on September 18, 2023, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian participated in the opening of the first edition of the National Simulation Exercise "Combating Human Trafficking: Strengthening Cooperation Between Institutions through the Simulation Exercise."

 

During his speech, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the need to strengthen cooperation among state institutions so that they can collectively act to prevent, inform, and combat human trafficking, especially at the borders of the Republic of Moldova, and in the context of the security crisis in the neighboring country.

 

Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian expressed gratitude to the organizers and participants of the exercise, which is taking place from 18 to 22 September 2023, highlighting the significance of this simulation and the necessity of strengthening joint efforts in this regard.

 

The event was organized with the support of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and brought together representatives of the government, national and international experts in the field of combating human trafficking for a training exercise.
