Thirty-one major impact projects were implemented through the Programme of Activities for the Reintegration of the Country for 2024

Through the Programme of Activities for the Reintegration of the Country for 2024, approved by Government Decision no.341/2024, central and local public authorities have benefited from budget allocations amounting to 15 million lei for the implementation of 31 projects with an important sectoral impact on the population living in the localities located in the Security Zone.

Moreover, the Dubăsari District Council received 4.6 million lei to partially compensate for the expenses incurred by owners of agricultural land located beyond the Râbnița-Tiraspol highway as a result of Tiraspol imposing illegal payments for the transportation of crops or seeds through unauthorized checkpoints in the Security Zone.

The beneficiaries of the Program had the obligation to carry out the established activities according to the destination and by the end of the year, and after the end of the budget year, they had the task to submit annual reports on the use of the allocated means to the State Chancellery (Bureau for Reintegration Policies).

As a result of the examination of the reports submitted by the beneficiary authorities, it was found that all the approved projects were completed, making use of the amount of 16.73 million lei out of the total of 19.6 million lei allocated in total, and the unused amount of 2.87 million lei was transferred on the account of the state budget, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 29 of Annex 1 to Government Decision no. 131/2014.

In total, 581 projects worth over 194 million lei were financed through this Programme during 2011-2024.
