Working visit of Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian to Cocieri

On December 19, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian paid a working visit to the village of Cocieri, Dubăsari district, where he met with the mayor Raisa Spinovschi. During the discussions, the mayor expressed her concern about the urgent needs that the community may face in the event of a possible energy crisis.

The possibilities of attracting public funds for the implementation of projects to modernize and improve living conditions in the village were also discussed.

In the Theoretical Lyceum „Vlad Ioviţă” in the village of Cocieri, Oleg Serebrian talked with pupils and teachers, as an author of books. The discussions took place within the framework of the National Reading Promotion Project „Cartea deschisă”, a campaign implemented with the support of the President of the Republic of Moldova, the Ministry of Education and Research, the Ministry of Culture, the National Museum of Romanian Literature, as well as creative unions.
