Working visit of the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration to Fârlădeni commune, Căușeni district

On 8 August 2024, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian jointly with the President of Căușeni District, representatives of the Căușeni Territorial Bureau of the State Chancellery and of the Bureau for Reintegration Policies made a working visit to the commune of Fârlădeni, where he held meetings with representatives of the local public administration, local councilors, teachers and medical staff, economic agents and village residents.

The dialogue covered topics related to community development, the need to improve road, educational and cultural infrastructure, as well as possible measures to modernize the main public utility objectives.

The Deputy Prime Minister stressed the importance of enhancing interaction between local and central public authorities in order to effectively manage existing problems for the benefit of citizens. At the same time, local authorities were encouraged to actively participate in competitions for community development projects financed by external partners.

The Deputy Prime Minister also documented on the spot the achievements of the projects implemented through the Program of Activities for the Reintegration of the Country, including the „Prichindel” kindergarten and the „Mihail Sadoveanu” Theoretical Lyceum. During the period from 2012 to the present, within the framework of the corresponding program, projects worth 2.5 million lei have been implemented in the village of Fârlădeni.
