Working visit of Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian in Căușeni district

On December 13, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian made a working visit to the villages of Tănătari and Chircăiești, Căușeni district.
Oleg Serebrian documented on the spot the progress of projects implemented under the Programme of activities for the reintegration of the country for 2024. Thus, renovation works of the pavement on the central street of the village were finished in Tănătari, while measures for the rehabilitation of the Memorial Complex for the heroes fallen in duty to defend the integrity and independence of the Fatherland were carried out in Chircăiești.
The Deputy Prime Minister also talked to mayors and residents of villages located within the Security Zone. The dialogue touched upon topics of interest to residents of both banks of the Nistru River.
On the challenges generated by the energy crisis, Oleg Serebrian stressed that the constitutional authorities of the Republic of Moldova are holding discussions with various foreign partners in order to prevent and manage a critical situation in order to ensure constant access to energy resources and find long-term solutions for all citizens, regardless of ethnic origin, spoken language, political preferences or place of living.
We remind that in the period 2011-2024, 14 governmental activities for the reintegration of the country were implemented, within the framework of which funds in the amount of over 170 million lei were allocated for sustainable development projects in order to solve pressing problems in the Security Zone.
