Working visit of Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian in Ocnița district

On 17 October 2024, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian, together with representatives of the Bureau for Reintegration Policies, made a working visit to the villages of Clocușna and Hădărăuți in Ocniţa district, where he had meetings with representatives of the local public administration, teachers and medical staff, collaborators of the local rescue and firefighting unit.

The dialogue focused on the topical problems faced by the citizens of these settlements, located in close proximity to the Moldovan-Ukrainian border, as well as on the potential ways to solve them.

Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian said that the support of the European Union was very important for the development of the Republic of Moldova and drew attention to the benefits brought by European integration, such as sustainable development of settlements, ensuring citizens' access to quality public services, increasing the population's access to social infrastructure and improving local infrastructure.
