9 octombrie 2018 - prima zi când mijloacele de transport având numere de înmatriculare neutre pot accede în traficul rutier internațional, dacă posesorii și-au recepționat certificatul de înmatriculare permanent
9 octombrie curent este prima zi în care mijloace de transport din stânga Nistrului și mun. Bender, care dispun certificate de înmatriculare permanente și plăcuțe cu numere de înmatriculare neutre, pot fi admise în traficul rutier internațional.
Primele mijloace de transport cu numerele de înmatriculare respective au fost înregistrate la 10 septembrie 2018 la subdiviziunile Agenției Servicii Publice din or. Tiraspol și Râbnița, iar pe parcursul a 30 de zile au putut circula cu certificatele de înmatriculare provizorii doar pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova.
Astfel, Biroul politici de reintegrare se adresează către conducătorii mijloacelor de transport având numere de înmatriculare neutre, care au decis să traverseze frontiera de stat cu asemenea autovehicule, să respecte cerințele legislației Republicii Moldova și să nu admită abateri de la cadrul normativ internațional, dar și al țărilor, pe teritoriul cărora se vor deplasa în corespundere cu Convenția asupra circulației rutiere din 1968.
Amintim că, mecanismul privind înmatricularea mijloacelor de transport cu numere neutre este reglementat de Legea nr.170/2018 cu privire la înmatricularea unor mijloace de transport și modificarea unor acte legislative, urmare semnării Deciziei protocolare din 24 aprilie curent privind accesul în traficul rutier internațional a mijloacelor de transport din stânga Nistrului și mun. Bender, cu excepția celor care desfășoară activitate comercială.

October 9, 2018 – the first day when the vehicles with neutral registration plates are allowed to participate in international road traffic, if the owners received the permanent technical passport
October 9, 2018 is the first day when the vehicles from the left bank of the Nistru river and from the municipality of Bender, which have permanent technical passport and neutral registration plates can be allowed to participate in international road traffic.
The registration of the first vehicles with these specific plates was conducted on September 10, 2018 at the offices of the Public Services Agency that were set up in the cities of Tiraspol and Rabnita, and during 30 days, the owners were able to drive the vehicles with the provisional technical passport only on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Thus, the Reintegration Policy Bureau addresses to the drivers of the vehicles with neutral registration plates who have decided to cross the state border, to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and to not admit deviations from the international legal framework, but also of the countries on whose territory they will travel in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic from 1968.
We remind that the mechanism of registration of the vehicles with neutral plates is regulated by Law no.170 / 2018 on the matriculation of means of transport and amending some legislative acts, following the signing of the Protocol decision from 24 April 2018 regarding the access to international traffic of the means of transport from the left bank of the Nistru River and Bender municipality, with the exception of those carrying out the commercial activity.
