The Information Technology and Cybersecurity Service provides services in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision no. 546 of 20.07.2011 regarding the provision of services to the public administration authorities.

Users have the possibility to send and receive electronic correspondence, have access to the calendar, the contact book and documents that can be shared. The mailbox can be accessed implicitly through the web interface, as well as through desktop mail clients (e.g. Outlook, The Bat, etc.).

The security of the System services is ensured by applying technological and administrative measures against of technical means, programs, data and services, respecting the principles of accessibility, integrity and confidentiality of information.

Areas of use

• Receiving and DISPATCH the electronic correspondence of the beneficiary's employees, to other public authorities and state structures, as well as to any other email address;
• Transmission of confidential information, with the application of strict security measures (e.g. digital certificates, encrypted archives );
• Individual calendar management as well as creation and management of shared calendars;
• Contact list management. 

The service includes

• Creation of the government e-mail service in the beneficiary domain; Configuring access to the administration interface for the beneficiary's responsible persons, who will be able to manage mailboxes for the beneficiary's employees;
• Ensuring the availability of the service and data according to the agreed level (including restoration in case of incident);
• Support in use service and incident management, according to the agreed level.
