262 places funded from the state budget will be allocated in 2023 for graduates of educational institutions from the Transnistrian region
Over the course of several years, in the context of the implementation of government policies for the reintegration of the country and ensuring the right to education and access to higher education for the citizens of the Republic of Moldova from the eastern districts of the country and from the municipality of Bender, the Government annually allocates places with funding from the state budget for graduates of educational institutions from the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova and from the perimeter of the Security Zone.
Thus, for the academic year 2023-2024, the Government of the Republic of Moldova will allocate 262 budgetary places for the above mentioned category, by fields, such as: educational sciences - 45 places, information and communication technologies - 30, engineering and engineering activities - 30, healthcare – 25, architecture and construction – 15, etc.
At the same time, it is to be noted that over the last 5 years, the Government granted 1326 budgetary places from the state order for candidates from the Transnistrian region and from the perimeter of the Security Zone.
