Head of Reintegration Policies Bureau Alin Gvidiani in dialogue with experts from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

The constructive measures taken by the authorities of the Republic of Moldova to progress in the final and peaceful settlement of the Transnistrian conflict and to restore the unique national spaces on both banks of the Nistru River were discussed at the working meeting of the Head of the Reintegration Policy Bureau Alin Gvidiani with the experts on the issues of the Eastern Partnership from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Mr Zak Henshaw-Keene and Mr George Coleby.

During the dialogue, it was mentioned that the benefits of the European integration process, offered by the investment/external assistance projects and those of the modernization process of the Republic of Moldova, are fully felt by the population and economic agents in the Transnistrian region that actively use the available opportunities, reintegrate without any barrier in the processes that take place on the right bank of the Nistru river and comply with the rigors of the national legal framework.

In case of availability from the British authorities, interest was expressed in the participation of Bureau officials in training courses in the field of improving negotiation techniques and promoting effective public policies in areas with unsettled territorial conflicts.
