Working meeting of the Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian with representatives of the Dubăsari district council

The priorities of the Government policy in the field of reintegration of the country, as well as other topics of interest to the population and the business environment in Dubăsari district were addressed on January 11, 2024 by the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian with the leadership of this district.

The discussions focused on the problems faced by the owners of agricultural land located across the Tiraspol – Camenca route, expressing the concern of the local community about the illegal actions of Tiraspol to impose new restrictions on the free movement of citizens and goods.

Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian mentioned the authorities’ determination to come up with support measures for economic agents in the event of such abuses.

Similarly, aspects related to the public administration reform, the proper functioning of healthcare and education institutions, the ferry across the Nistru river and other public services were highlighted.

It was agreed on the need to maintain a constant dialogue in order to identify solutions to the reported problems and to organise for this purpose a working visit of the Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian in Dubăsari district in the upcoming period.
