Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian met today with the Ambassador of Lithuania in the Republic of Moldova, Kęstutis Kudzmanas.

During the discussions, the developments and the current situation in the negotiation process regarding the Transnistrian settlement were mentioned, as well as Chisinau's priorities in this process and the measures taken by the Government of the Republic of Moldova to bring closer / support the population on both banks of the Dniester.

Furthermore, officials addressed regional security issues and support measures in place to manage the refugee crisis in Ukraine.
