Discussions on Current Issues Related to the Transnistrian File with the Acting Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova

On September 22, 2025, the Head of the Bureau for Reintegration Policies, Alin Gvidiani, held a meeting with the Acting Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova, Ms. Izabela Sylwia Hartmann. 

The interlocutors reviewed the most pressing issues on both banks of the Nistru River and emphasized the need to maintain constant and effective coordination in order to identify solutions that promote the respect of fundamental human rights and freedoms, including individual cases, in accordance with the standards in force.

The Head of the Bureau stressed that the public authorities of the Republic of Moldova are implementing firm sectoral reintegration policies for both banks and continue to provide support to residents throughout the country, in the spirit of fulfilling the state’s positive obligations toward its citizens.
