583 neutral model diplomas were apostilled by the competent authorities of the Republic of Moldova between 28 March 2018 and 31 December 2023

The integration of the youth of the Transnistrian region into a single educational space and into international standards, to which the Republic of Moldova has adhered is a strategic objective for the national authorities empowered by law.

Since the implementation of the legal mechanism for the apostillation of the neutral model diplomas, issued by the “Taras Shevcenco” University from Tiraspol, starting from March 28, 2018 to December 31, 2023, 583 neutral diplomas have been apostilled by the competent authorities of the Republic of Moldova.

The 10 most requested destinations for the entire period concerned were: Italy (126), USA (90), Bulgaria (58), Poland (50), Israel (50), France (34), Austria (27), Great Britain (21), Spain (19), and Netherlands (15).

The member states of the European Union are the main destination for further studies, followed by the US, Israel, the United Kingdom and other countries.
