Description
The Information Technology and Cybersecurity Service ensures the provision of services in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision no. 546 of 20.07.2011 regarding the granting of services to the Telecommunications System of the public administration authorities.

The Government Intranet Service ensures communication between public authorities, through the Telecommunications System of the public administration authorities (STAAP). For beneficiaries, STAAP has built-in security. All communications, between any two parties, are encrypted.. Communication between two public authorities connected to STAAP is only possible if this fact is explicitly allowed based on the agreement of the authority to which the communication is initiated.

Exchange of information within STAAP it is carried out on the basis of the telecommunication network managed by STISC which ensures broadband communication of up to 1000 Mbps. The network has a high-reliability star architecture and a high level of redundancy. The network is constantly developing and expanding its coverage area.

Fields of use
STISC's secure data transport services are used for:

Providing access and accessing telecommunication information systems of public authorities by other public authorities;
To transmit correspondence and ensure the flow of electronic information between the institutions of the statute;
Granting and accessing state informational systems and resources to third parties;  
Ensuring broadband communications between offices and geographically dispersed locations of public authorities;
Ensuring communications between different public authorities connected to STAAP, including accessing the services offered in the network by them.
